CLIENT: Kraft Hardware
This ad campaign positions Kraft as The Designer’s Kitchen and Bath Source. We created the illustrated campaign to engage designers and help Kraft to stand out in the photo-oriented design publications. The campaign was extremely well received and has contributed to eight straight months of increased sales, including Kraft’s highest monthly sales ever.
Showroom Promotion
To herald the opening of Kraft’s new showroom, we recommended an open house party for clients and the press. Our die-cut invitation, which featured a Kraft cabinet pull and illustrations from the ad campaign, attracted over 200 people to the catered event. Members of the press received print and electronic media kits that we created to feature Kraft’s products.
Product Advertising Campaign
We promoted Kraft’s line of imported sinks with ads in the kitchen and bath product sections of design magazines and The New York Times in conjunction with a postcard mailing. We also identified other product opportunities for Kraft, such as submitting a water-saving, low-flush Kraft toilet to a showcase on environmental products.
Direct Mail
We utilized direct mail as another component of Kraft’s marketing program to keep in contact with their clients. We acquired the lists and designed postcards promoting the showroom, specific product lines and manufacturer’s sales.
Website
We created Kraft’s website as an introduction to the showroom and entry to Kraft’s vast product selection.The upscale site sets the tone for the Kraft experience.
Result
The initial kickoff for the event gave the new showroom great exposure to designers and media and the ad campaign resulted in a 30% increase in sales in the first six months.
